Sadie Leners
Sadie is involved in the development of construction documents from the beginning of a project to its completion. Some of her specialties include construction details, elevations, architectural floor plans, and reflected ceiling plans. She is also adept at coordinating the various facets of a project, including construction administration and client liaison. She recently passed the LEED exam and is now an accredited professional. Sadie has a passion for traveling which has helped her acquire a global knowledge of architectural design principles. She graduated cum laude from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Interior Design.

Kim Jolicoeur
Kim is skilled in the development of construction documents including redlines and approval of preliminary, draft, and final drawing submittals. She works daily on AutoCAD, drawing construction details, elevations, architectural floor plans, and reflected ceiling plans. Kim works with contractors, engineers, consultants, and a range of clientele in guiding a project from start to finish. She studied design and architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark and surrounding Scandinavian countries. Kim’s previous work experience involves AutoCAD drafting, kitchen and bath design, as well as space planning for residential clients. She graduated from the Design Institute of San Diego with a B.A. degree in Interior Design.

Laura Arledge
Laura is a contributor to many aspects of design projects at Oglesby Sherman. She is particularly experienced in computer-simulated 3D modeling, which enables clients to view a full-color, interactive display of a proposed interior in the conceptual and design phases. She excels at spatial organization, conceptual development, and the selection of furniture, fixtures and color application. She is LEED accredited in sustainable building design. Laura lived for a time in Florence, Italy, where she studied art, design, and the Italian language. She is an accomplished artist and photographer whose work has been publicly exhibited. Laura earned a B.S. degree in Interior Design with honors from Colorado State University.
